Welcome

Ann Wilson Mediation Services, LLC

Ann Wilson is a trained mediator that has been helping families resolve conflict since 2015. If you are looking to resolve your divorce or child custody dispute outside of the courtroom, mediation might be the solution you are looking for.  Mediation allows each party an opportunity to speak freely, openly, and honestly in a confidential setting. The goal of mediation is to come to an agreement and avoid further legal disputes, legal costs, and litigation.

Divorce and Child Custody Mediation

Mediation is a process in which a neutral third-party helps parties in conflict reach resolutions that are mutually acceptable. A mediator is not a decision-maker and will not advocate for either party. The mediator will direct the process, while the parties remain in control of the content and outcome.

Mediation can be ideal for cases where the parties want to maintain their co-parenting relationship or where negotiations have become too emotional. A mediator can impartially assist the parties toward productive discussions.

In-Person and Online Mediation

We can meet at my office for mediation or we can meet online.  I offer online mediation via Zoom for parties that are out of the area or otherwise unable to meet at my office.
